ALL MY SENSES: Loud, Sick & Unstoppable
There’s something immediately likable about All My Senses. I caught their show at Saint Andrew’s Hall in Detroit last month, and they blew me away with their tunes. It’s obvious that these dudes have got some tremendous chemistry between them.
Formed in 2024 in Fort Collins, CO, the band is made up of vocalist and guitarist Erich Albrecht, guitarist and occasional vocalist Miles Stevenson, bassist Jarod Ford, and drummer Jordan Pasquin. They came together through their local music scene. Stevenson, Ford, and Pasquin previously played together in a group called Plasma Canvas. When that project came to an end, the three knew they weren’t finished making music.
“That band kind of imploded, but the three of us knew we still wanted to make music together,” Pasquin says.
Around the same time, Stevenson was already writing and working on new material with Albrecht. Eventually, the pieces fell into place, and All My Senses was born.
One Very Loud Band
All My Senses occupy a space where heaviness and melody intertwine. Their songs can hit with the force of a hardcore band before suddenly opening up into something emotional and catchy.
That range comes naturally to the band.
“I think we all listen to lots of different kinds of music, which makes for a lot of different things to pull from when writing,” Albrecht says.
That variety is part of what makes their sound difficult to pin down. There’s plenty of weight behind the guitars and rhythm section, but the band isn’t interested in sacrificing melody just for the sake of being heavy.
The emotional side of the music is just as important. Relationships are a recurring subject in their songwriting, but the songs aren’t simply exercises in wallowing. Their lyrics are very easy to relate to and make connections to because we are all humans that feel these ways at some point or another.
For Stevenson, that connection is the whole point.
“I hope that if somebody is going to feel something while listening to our music, that they’ll feel the same way I did when I was writing it,” he says.
That might be the simplest explanation of All My Senses: make something that means something to you and hope somebody else finds themselves somewhere inside it.

Harrison Bergeron Changed Everything
Every band has its influences. For All My Senses, one band was brought up: Harrison Bergeron.
The Colorado Springs emo/post-hardcore band became a major influence after Stevenson discovered them around 2021. What started as a random discovery quickly turned into something much bigger. Harrison Bergeron wasn’t just another band they liked. Their music changed the way they thought about music itself.
It makes sense when listening to All My Senses. There’s an emotional intensity to their music that feels rooted in the same world.
I had never heard of this band prior to my chat with Miles and the guys. I am proud to say I am now a fan of Harrison Bergeron.
Their First Run of Shows Was a Little Messy—But Not Musically
All My Senses recently completed their first small run of U.S. dates, taking them through the Midwest alongside legendary punk band ALL and Snodgrass.
For a young band, getting the opportunity to hit the road, even if it’s for just 7 dates, is already a pretty big deal.
Then things got gross.
The band came down with a stomach virus while in Canada and dealt with it for the remainder of the tour.
“We all got sick in Canada. We were all shitting and throwing up and played a show the night after. We had barf bags on the ready,” Albrecht says.
If that’s not punk rock, I don’t know what is.
“I caught it 40 minutes after our last show in Detroit. I crawled on the stage below the venue and just passed out for an hour,” Ford says.
While chatting about this, I realized that Jarod was referring to the stage at The Shelter. I think it’s pretty neat that he took a nap in the exact spot that Eminem did his rap battles back in the day.
The band played every night of the run while also helping operate ALL’s merch booth. It was a crash course in what touring actually looks like: long drives, late nights, loading gear, playing shows, selling merch, and doing it all again the next day. St. Louis and Detroit stood out as two of the band’s favorite gigs on the run.

So, What’s Next?
New music is coming. New music videos are coming. And if the band’s trajectory so far is any indication, there’s going to be plenty more noise coming out of Fort Collins.
When it comes down to it, All My Senses are just four genuinely kind and talented musicians who are making art the way they want to make it. They’re young, and they’re hungry.
All My Senses are still finding out exactly what they can become. But judging by what they’ve already done, it might be worth sticking around to find out.
